Questions

How do I fix a word?

Click a word to jump the video to it, click it again to type the fix. The timing stays. Every fix goes into the file you download.

Can I burn the subtitles into the video?

Use auto captions. It writes the same words onto your video in a caption style and exports an MP4 with a small Clipped mark.

Why does the first run take longer?

The first time, your browser downloads the speech model once. After that it starts right away.

Which languages work?

Close to a hundred. It detects the language by itself. If it guesses wrong, pick the right one and it listens again.

Is there a length or daily limit?

No. No daily cap, no length cap, no sign up. Your own device does the work, so a long file just takes longer. Keep the tab open until it is done.

Is my video uploaded?

No. Nothing is uploaded. The video plays and the speech model runs in your browser, all on your device.

On iPhone? Get the Clipped app, free. It cuts clips for you.
